- Shipping Company and Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered through our contracted shipping partners.
- Delivery takes 2–3 business days within Cairo and Giza, and 2–5 business days to other governorates.
- Order Confirmation
- After placing an order on our website, our team will contact the customer via WhatsApp messages to confirm the order.
- An order will only be marked as “Ready for Shipping” once the customer replies with confirmation.
- Order Cancellation
- If a customer cancels the order after confirming it on WhatsApp, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees charged by the shipping company, even if the order is not received.
- Order Inspection upon Delivery
- Customers have the right to open the shipping bag (flyer) upon delivery to check the contents and ensure they received the correct product.
- Customers are not allowed to open the product’s internal packaging in front of the delivery representative, in order to preserve product quality and safety.
