Return and exchange products policy

* In case the user desires to return the purchased products through the site, it can be done as follows:

1- First case: upon shipping and receiving without opening the package.

It can be done as follows:

• Contacting and communicating with us through the page of "Contact us" to show desire to return the products upon receiving immediately.
• ultraeg.com shall connect the representative of shipping companies to go the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
• ultraeg.com shall revise and examine the returned products upon returning to us.
• ultraeg.com shall return money to the customer by the same method of payment discounting the fees of shipping and 1% of the total price as administrative fees.

2- Second case; upon receiving and opening the package without using the products with its validity and without any defects:

• Contacting and communicating with us through the page of "Contact us" to show desire to return the products upon receiving immediately.
• ultraeg.com shall commission the representative of shipping companies to go the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
• ultraeg.com shall revise and examine the returned products upon returning to us.
• ultraeg.com shall return money to the customer by the same method of payment discounting the fees of shipping and 2% of the total price as administrative fees.

 

3- Third case: upon receiving and opening the package with damages in the products:

• Contacting and communicating with us through the page of "Contact us" to show desire to return the products upon receiving immediately.
• ultraeg.com shall commission the representative of shipping companies to go the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
• ultraeg.com shall revise and examine the returned products upon returning to us.
• ultraeg.com shall return money to the customer by the same method of payment without discounting any costs and returning the fees of the first shipment of the products.

4- Fourth Case: upon receiving and using with arising manufacturing defects within 14 days from purchasing date:

• Contacting and communicating with us through the page of "Contact us" to show desire to return the products upon receiving immediately.
• ultraeg.com shall commission the representative of shipping companies to go the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
• ultraeg.com shall revise and examine the returned products upon returning to us.
• It can be solved by two methods as follows:
• The customer can contact the authorized agent to get a technical report about manufacturing defects that can be attached to the products upon shipping them to us by the abovementioned methods; the customer will regain his money without any discounting or replace the products without any new shipping fees at the expenses of the customer.

It is noticed that guarantee terms shall not be applied in all cases on the defects arising from misuse or use because of customer according to law no. 67 of 2006 on issuing the laws of consumers protection applicable in Egypt.
In case of disputes about the reasons of the defects of the purchased products, meeting the requirements or its purpose and referring the matter to the consumer protection agency to take necessary procedures for that.
